EU Call

Saturday morning.
Done with the pending tickets.

Conversed with EU of the system. He made me feel that I was just giving him a run around. I honestly got offended but I didn't let myself sound to be one. I was trying to control the tone of my voice. But anyway, I offered him a callback cause I really didn't know what to say. A big thanks to my colleague Bern for educating me what is that stuff which that man was talking about. I got back to the caller and explained to him everything with all conviction. It ended up to be a stepped he missed that failed the process. I just appreciated how he humbled himself and how he thanked me.

Ngayong araw na ito sa trabaho, parang andami kong nagawa. Una - Kinolekta ko ang mga impormasyon ng mga kliyente ko at nilagay sa excel sheet.Basta ang alam ko madaming madami na sila. office @ 7th flr. baba sa ministop kasama si TL. nagkkwentuhan kami ng biglang bumukas ang elevator. may isang lalaking nakasakay. up [pataas] pala yun - up pla ang pinindot ni TL. dapat down!!! ang catch eh, ako lang yung nakita ni lalake sa elevator. akala nya tuloy ako ang pumindot ng up (gerbey!!) sa lakas ng pagpindot nya ng close - ramdam ko na gusto nya akong sapakin O_o. muka kasing late na sya at nagmamadali! >.< yun lang.END.
